Duncan Drive Meadows is a 50 lot subdivision on the west side of Duncan Drive clustered to minimize the visual impact. The subdivision borders the Rattlesnake Open Space Recreation Area. The residential lots have been clustered at the base of the hill to preserve and extend the pristine nature of the western ridgeline.
